HR Framework

This page reflects all the entries created in the various tables in Ready Pay via HR > HR Frameworkand will only be accessible if hr has been implemented.

With the exception of ANZSCO, new entries may be added, or existing entries edited in Employee Self-Service Kiosk.

These framework items underpin the various functions of hr.

Online Actions Framework

Institutions

If your company deals with another company, it may be useful to add it as an Institution in either Employee Self-Service Kiosk or Ready Pay.
This record can then be selected in other functions, without having to re-enter the details.

For example, a preferred training provider created as an entry in Institutions may be selected when adding a new training course.

 

With appropriate permissions, Institutions may be added in Employee Self-Service Kiosk in Management | HR Framework | Institutions.
This tab is functionally the same as System Options > Companies which is probably the more appropriate option to grant a non-Administrator user permissions to manage Institutions.

Add a new institution (company)

  • Click Add Company and complete the details for the new company, click Updateto save.
  • When a Company is created in Employee Self-Service Kiosk, rather than in Ready Pay, this will show the creation date in the Created column.

Edit an existing institution (company)

  • To edit any of the companies (or 'institutions') click the Edit icon in the Action column to the left of the company name.

  • This displays a panel beneath the company list where you can update a range of information.
    This includes Address, Phone Number, Contacts, Documents and User Defined Fields (if the fields are first set up in Ready Pay).

  • The columns to the right indicate how many instances of address, contacts and documents are associated with each company.

  • Click Update to save any changes, Close to discard changes. These changes will be reflected automatically in Ready Pay.

ANZSCO

Positions

This tab contains two sections - Position Title and Job Class - which reflect the tables with the same name in Ready Pay via Navigator > HR > HR Validation Tables.
Use the Add or Edit buttons as necessary.
Any saved changes made in Employee Self-Service Kiosk will be applied in Ready Pay automatically.

Training

This tab contains three sections - Training Courses, Training Type and Training Result - which reflect the tables with the same names in Ready Payvia Navigator > HR > HR Validation Tables.
Use the Add or Edit buttons as necessary.
Any saved changes made in Employee Self-Service Kiosk will be applied in Ready Pay automatically.

Skills

This tab contains two sections - Skills and Skill Type - which reflect the tables with the same names in Ready Pay via Navigator > HR > HR Validation Tables.
Use the Add or Edit buttons as necessary.

Any saved changes made in Employee Self-Service Kiosk will be applied in Ready Pay automatically.

Events

This tab contains two sections - Events and Event Types - which reflect the tables with the same names in Ready Pay via Navigator > HR > HR Validation Tables.
Use the Add or Edit buttons as necessary.

Any saved changes made in Employee Self-Service Kiosk will be applied in Ready Pay automatically

Property

This tab contains two sections - Property and Property Type- which reflect the tables with the same names in Ready Payvia Navigator > HR > HR Validation Tables.
Use the Add or Edit buttons as necessary.
Any saved changes made in Employee Self-Service Kiosk will be applied in Ready Pay automatically.

WFA

This tab contains two sections - Workflow Approvers and Workflows
Workflow Approvers displays details from Ready Pay via Navigator > Company Definition > Validation Tables > Workflow Approvers and allows approvers to be added, edited, including enabling or disabling approval rights

Workflows is a searchable list of employees which will filter the list displayed.
Select the employee and click the Edit button or double click the employee number or name to open a window to make changes to an employee’s workflows.

This tab contains three sections - Group, Element, and Linked Employees.
